To apply, please download and complete the application and policies form below and email it to the tutor at tutorATscriptoriumhallDOTcom <= Please replace AT and DOT with the correct symbols.

When your application has been received, the tutor will send you:

• your monthly or semester tuition total with all relevant discounts applied.

• the mailing address so that you can mail your application fee. Checks must be made payable to Grace Hughbanks.

One application form must be completed for each student from a family.
