Grades: 5th through 9th grade strong readers
Prerequisites: None
Description: This activity-based course gives students an introduction to the major figures and events of the Middle Ages and Renaissance. Writing instruction is not emphasized (please see Writing I: Grammar , Writing II: Progymnasmata, or Writing III: Logic for middle school writing instruction).
Assessment: Students have oral review quizzes and timeline and geography practice.
